1. Information We Do Not Collect

Curve does not collect, store, or share any personal information. We do not use analytics, tracking tools, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that collect user data.

2. Local Data Storage

All data related to your weight and preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to our servers or shared with anyone. If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device.

3. Apple Health

You may choose to link Curve with Apple Health. When connected, Curve can access or write only the health data you authorize. Apple Health manages that data and its permissions. You can review, change, or revoke Curve's access at any time in the Apple Health app.

4. In-App Purchases

Curve uses Apple’s In-App Purchase system for unlocking premium features. Apple handles all payment processing and does not share your personal or financial information with us.

5. Sync and iCloud (if applicable)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data may be securely stored and synchronized using Apple’s iCloud services. We do not have access to this data; it is managed entirely by Apple under their Privacy Policy.

6. Children’s Privacy

Curve is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
